NEWUsage anomalies now alert you on spend surges and delivery drops

The complete communications platform — every channel, human and AI, one API.

Run voice, messaging, and AI agents on infrastructure we operate as the carrier — one API, one pay-as-you-go bill, no telecom contracts.

One runtime, every channel

A conversation moves from SMS to WhatsApp to a voice call without losing identity or context. Messaging, voice, and the contact center run on one platform — not three you stitch together.

We run the network underneath

Calls and messages terminate on infrastructure Devotel operates as the carrier of record, behind 500+ global aggregators. No reseller in the middle — so you get the deliverability, routing control, and margins that come from owning the stack.

AI agents and humans, one workspace

Route, queue, supervise, and QA AI agents and human reps with the same tools. Hand a live call from a bot to a person mid-conversation, with the full history intact.

Ship in days, not quarters

Voice, video, and messaging APIs with SDKs, webhooks, and visual builders. Add a channel without provisioning telecom infrastructure or negotiating carrier contracts. Usage-based pricing — pay for what you send, no per-seat fees.

Built to meet the standards your security team asks about.

Direct carrier reach across 500+ global aggregators worldwide.

Real-time communications

Video rooms, live broadcast, and co-browse

Real-time channels run on the same platform as your voice, messaging, and AI agents — there is no separate video vendor to bolt on.

Video rooms & meetings

Host group video rooms in the browser with full moderator controls — mute, spotlight, assign roles, lock the room, and remove or ban a participant. Share a join link; there is nothing to install.

Live broadcast & webinars

Stream a room to a large audience with live captions and real-time interpretation. Watch viewership and engagement build minute by minute, per participant and per chapter.

Recording & session QA

Record any session, pause and resume mid-call, and exclude specific people for privacy. Ask the AI assistant to recap what you missed or list agreed action items live, mid-meeting, grounded in the transcript as it's captured — then share revocable recording links and get an automatic summary and quality score once the call ends.

Co-browse

See a customer's screen in real time and guide them to the next step right inside your app — no plugin or download for them to accept first.

Session replay

Watch a privacy-masked replay of a customer's web session to see exactly what they hit. Sensitive inputs are hidden in the browser before anything is stored, and you play it back in the inbox to debug an issue after the fact.

See Orbit handle a real conversation

One thread, every channel, AI and human working together.

One API, every channel

Add SMS, WhatsApp, voice, RCS, or email without a new integration each time — the same API spans them all.

Docs that ship you on day one

Clear, versioned documentation and typed SDKs, so your team ships on day one.

Custom call flows

Reroute around a carrier outage before customers notice, across every region and carrier you use.

Journey view

See exactly where a customer dropped off across channels, so you can close the gap.

Delivery insights

Catch a deliverability dip before it costs revenue, with latency and usage tracked over time.

Real-time webhooks

React to failed sends in real time, with no polling to build or maintain.

One runtime, native

Built to scale, not stitched together

One native runtime, not a patchwork of aggregators wired together after the fact — so reliability holds as volume grows, instead of breaking at the seams.

Every channel your customer uses. One platform that remembers them.

Orbit connects voice, messaging, email, WhatsApp and every other channel your customers use into a single runtime. When your customer switches channels, the context stays. No resets. No blind spots.

  • Every channel, one architecture
  • One memory across every channel

Your customer already switched channels. Did your platform keep up?

Whether it's a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or an email — Orbit follows the conversation, not the channel. Every interaction connected. Every customer remembered.

  • Every channel, zero dropped context
  • One customer profile across every touchpoint
A technician in a repair workshop holding a phone, a tablet on the bench beside her.
Customer Data Platform

A customer data platform, built into your communications

Orbit resolves every call, message, and event into one customer profile, computes the traits and segments your team cares about, and syncs them to the tools you already run — no separate CDP to buy or bolt on.

  • Identity resolution & golden records

Deterministic and probabilistic matching stitch scattered emails, phone numbers, and device IDs into one identity, then apply survivorship rules to pick the winning value for every field, so each customer has a single golden record.

  • Computed traits & segments

Build traits with a no-code rule builder or SQL, then group customers into segments that recompute as new events land. Lifetime value, last-seen channel, churn risk — track whatever your team decides matters.

  • Audience activation

Send segments to Meta, TikTok, and your ad and messaging channels. Consent is checked on every profile before it leaves, so opted-out customers are never activated.

  • Reverse-ETL to your CRM & warehouse

Sync enriched profiles and traits into HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, and BigQuery on a schedule — or pull warehouse rows back in as events. Your CDP and your systems of record stay in step.

Conversational commerce

From first message to paid, without leaving the thread

Turn a conversation into a sale in the chat it started in. Orbit carries the shopper from a product catalog to a shared cart to a paid checkout across WhatsApp, RCS, and the channels with no native wallet.

  • Pay-by-link payment requests

Mint a hosted checkout link and collect on the channels with no native wallet — SMS, email, Telegram, Viber, or a voice IVR. When the payment is captured, it reconciles back to the request automatically.

  • Unified cart & checkout

One cart spans every channel: items added on WhatsApp Pay carry into an RCS carousel, and a checkout begun on one channel can be finished — and paid — on another. Totals re-derive server-side, and quiet carts are flagged for abandoned-cart recovery.

  • WhatsApp commerce catalogs

Send shoppable messages straight from a linked Meta catalog — single products, multi-product lists, or your full catalog inline. Customers browse and add to cart without leaving the chat.

  • RCS catalog carousels

Bind the same Meta catalog to RCS Business Messaging and send a rich-card product carousel — an Add-to-cart chip per card and a Checkout action that closes the funnel in-thread.

  • Agentic checkout & payment mandates

Publish a hosted, agent-facing storefront that ChatGPT Instant Checkout, Perplexity, and other Agentic Commerce Protocol agents discover and check out from directly — no API key. Prices re-resolve server-side against your stored catalog and only a verified shopping agent can complete a purchase, with every charge bounded by a spend-capped, revocable mandate and backed by an AP2-compatible W3C Verifiable Credential.

  • Direct carrier billing

Let a buyer pay straight from their mobile-operator bill — no card, no wallet. Onboard a merchant, declare which country-operator pairs are live, and run the charge through capture, refund, or chargeback, with the operator settlement reconciled back to your captured charges.

Voice AI agents

AI voice agents that answer, reason, and resolve in real time

Orbit runs production voice agents that target under 300 milliseconds per turn on the speech-to-speech path (about a second when a turn needs Claude's deeper reasoning), score their own call quality as they talk, and summarise every conversation the moment it ends — then hand the caller to a specialist without dropping the line.

  • Real-time voice agents

On the OpenAI Realtime speech-to-speech path, agents target under 300 milliseconds per turn — natural enough to interrupt and be interrupted — and for the hard questions an agent pauses to reason with Claude mid-call without ending the call or breaking the audio stream. That reasoning pause targets roughly a second — see the published latency targets for the full per-stage breakdown.

  • Voice AI Quality Index

Every call is scored 0–100 in real time on response latency, interruption rate, and caller sentiment. Calls that fall below your threshold auto-flag for review, so a quality problem surfaces on the call — not in a churn report.

  • Automatic post-call synthesis

The moment a call ends, Orbit writes a summary, action items, an overall sentiment read, and the topics that came up — stored on the call record and pushed to your webhooks so follow-ups and CRM updates happen on their own.

  • Squad handoff with cross-call memory

A frontline agent can transfer a caller to a billing, support, or retention specialist mid-call, passing a context note before the specialist speaks. Agents also recall a contact's prior call summaries, so a returning caller never has to repeat themselves.

Verify & identity

Verify users and check identity on the same platform

Send one-time passcodes and passwordless prompts, then confirm a number is real and its owner has not changed — before you trust a signup, login, or payout. There is no separate verification vendor to integrate.

  • One-time passcodes & passwordless

Deliver OTPs over SMS, voice, WhatsApp, email, and RCS, or skip the password with authenticator (TOTP) codes, push approvals, passkeys, magic links, and backup codes. Delivery, retries, and per-recipient rate limits are handled for you.

  • Number lookup

Check whether a number is valid, reachable, and roaming, and read its carrier, line type, and porting history before you send — so you stop paying to message dead or mistyped numbers.

  • SIM-swap & silent authentication

Verify a phone with no SMS at all using operator silent authentication, and flag a recent SIM swap before you trust a login or high-value action. Subscribe to continuous SIM-swap monitoring for the accounts that matter most.

  • Identity & KYC signals

Match a name, address, or date of birth against carrier records, confirm a device is reachable, and score account-takeover risk from network signals — all through one identity API.

Journeys & automation

Build customer journeys on a visual canvas that runs itself

Drop nodes onto a canvas, connect them, and Orbit runs the whole flow — sending across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice, waiting, branching on what a contact does, and handing off to an AI agent or a person where the journey calls for it. Start from a ready-made template or a blank canvas.

  • Drag-and-drop journey canvas

Assemble a flow from ten node types — trigger, send, wait, condition branch, A/B split, AI agent, update contact, webhook, human handoff, and end — then activate it and every enrolled contact walks the graph on its own. Ready-made templates for welcome series, cart recovery, win-back, and NPS get you started in seconds.

  • Blast, drip, or journey

Pick the shape that fits the send: a one-off blast, a timed multi-step drip where each step carries its own delay, channel, and template, or a branching visual journey. Target everyone, a list, or a saved segment — and reopen any saved journey on the canvas to edit it.

  • AI flow nodes

Classify, Response, and Sentiment nodes route and reply with a live model instead of a fixed template — branch a contact by intent, answer in natural language from a prompt, or split positive, neutral, and negative sentiment down separate paths.

  • Per-node analytics

Every node reports a delivery funnel — recipients reached, delivered, failed, and the delivery rate at each step — so you can see exactly where contacts drop off and which branch of a condition or A/B split performs best.

Cloud phone system & IVR

A business phone system with the IVR, trunking, queues, and team chat built in

Run your whole inbound voice operation on Orbit — greet callers with a visual IVR, bring your own carrier over SIP, distribute calls to the right team, and capture a voicemail when no one can pick up. The same softphone even places and takes calls inside WhatsApp, and your team coordinates in chat channels in the same workspace, with no separate PBX vendor or chat app to manage.

  • Visual IVR builder

Build call menus on a drag-and-drop canvas, then route callers by the key they press or the intent they speak — straight to the queue or agent you pick by name, no dial-plan code to write.

  • SIP trunk BYOC

Bring your own carrier over SIP. Register your PBX or authenticate by IP, and watch every registration handshake and call attempt on the trunk's live monitoring panel while you troubleshoot.

  • ACD call queues

Queue inbound calls and distribute them by skill, priority, and business hours. A caller waiting on hold can keep their place and take a callback when their turn comes, instead of staying on the line.

  • Voicemail, greetings & warm transfer

Record branded greetings per box and capture voicemail with a transcript and summary sent to your team. When an agent needs help, warm-transfer the caller to a colleague — with music on hold, not dead air, while they connect.

  • WhatsApp Business Calling

Place and receive voice calls right inside a WhatsApp conversation, on the same softphone your team already uses for PSTN lines. Every contact carries its own calling permission, each minute is metered per destination, and every call is written to the WhatsApp call log.

  • Team chat channels

Message your team in channels with threaded replies and searchable history, and see who is online with live presence — in the same workspace your agents take calls in, so a handoff never leaves Orbit.

Customer experience

Measure, coach, and staff your support team in one place

Close the loop after every conversation: survey the customer, score how the agent handled it, schedule the right people for tomorrow, and reward the customer with a loyalty card or coupon that brings them back. It is one platform, not a separate CX suite bolted onto your contact center.

  • CSAT, NPS & CES surveys

Send a survey the moment a call or chat ends, ask the CSAT, NPS, or CES question in each customer's language, and cap how often anyone is asked. Voice-of-Customer analytics group the open-text answers into themes with sentiment, so you see what moves the score — not just the number.

  • Quality scorecards & calibration

Score interactions against your own evaluation form, let AI auto-score the backlog, and calibrate reviewers against each other so everyone grades to the same bar. Turn the results into points, badges, and a leaderboard to keep the floor engaged.

  • Workforce management

Forecast volume, build schedules, and track real-time adherence with alerts when an agent drifts off plan. A non-punitive wellness signal flags rising burnout risk early, so a supervisor can offer a break before an agent hits the panic button.

  • Session replay

Replay a customer's on-page session next to the conversation to see exactly where they got stuck, with sensitive fields masked at capture. Purge any recording on request to stay on the right side of privacy rules.

  • Loyalty & wallet passes

Run points, earn rules, and membership tiers per contact, then issue the balance as an Apple Wallet / Google Wallet loyalty card, coupon, or event ticket you can update or void after issue.

Contact center

Run your contact center in one agent workspace

Orbit gives every agent one screen for every channel — chat, email, and messaging — routes each conversation to the right skills, and closes it with a clear outcome. Supervisors watch the floor live and step in the moment an agent needs backup.

  • Unified omnichannel inbox

Handle chat, email, WhatsApp, and social in one conversation timeline, with your internal team channels and direct messages right beside it. An agent can ask a colleague for help and warm-transfer a conversation without ever leaving the inbox.

  • Skills-based routing & queues

Route each inbound conversation to the right-skilled agent through digital queues with SLA targets and overflow rules. Voice calls and digital conversations share one priority queue, so a single agent picks up both from the same decision.

  • Dispositions & macros

Close every conversation with a consistent outcome label — auto-suggested and always overridable — so your reporting stays clean. Fire a saved macro to reply, tag, and update a conversation in a single click.

  • Live wallboards & coaching

Watch active agents, open-conversation load, queue depth, and SLA-at-risk counts on a real-time wallboard, and step into a live conversation when an agent needs help. Coach from a queue of low-scoring interactions with per-agent scorecards.

Network connectivity

Connect your devices with eSIM and IoT data plans

Orbit's Number-as-a-Service reaches past phone numbers into cellular data. Browse eSIM and IoT data plans, provision SIMs over the air without a card to swap by hand, and track usage across a whole fleet — from the same platform that runs your voice and messaging. Every plan carries data only, never voice or text.

  • eSIM & IoT data plans

Browse a catalog of eSIM and IoT (M2M) data plans and filter it by SIM form factor or by the country a device runs in. Each plan spells out its metering — pay-as-you-go usage or pooled data — so you can match a plan to a deployment.

  • Provision without swapping a SIM

Order a SIM against a plan and push an eSIM profile over the air with a GSMA activation code — no physical card to post or swap. Activate, suspend, resume, or terminate any SIM through its full lifecycle from one place.

  • Fleet usage & data quotas

Track data sessions on every SIM, set a per-SIM data limit, and read a fleet-wide rollup so a deployment of sensors, trackers, or terminals stays inside budget as it scales.

  • Coverage & cost, up front

Check whether a plan covers a country before you commit a device to it, and estimate the cost of a given amount of data — per-megabyte rate plus any monthly platform fee — so you can size a deployment without surprises.

  • Quality-on-Demand & network slicing

Request an on-demand low-latency or high-throughput data session for a single device, or book a network slice that reserves guaranteed downlink and uplink capacity for a whole device fleet across a time window and service area — for a live broadcast, a factory rollout, or a pop-up event. Both carry data only, never voice or text.

White-label & reseller

Run Orbit as your own communications platform

CSPaaS lets you operate a full communications platform under your own brand without building carrier infrastructure — you become the provider your customers see. Create an isolated sub-account for each customer, rebrand the dashboard on your own domain, set reseller margins and spend caps, and allocate prepaid credit from your parent balance.

  • Multi-tenant sub-accounts

Create an isolated sub-account per customer with its own contacts, numbers, and configuration, and provision, suspend, or close it from one parent account.

  • Per-tenant branding & custom domains

Set each sub-account's logo and colors and serve the dashboard on your customer's own domain, so they see your brand — not Orbit's.

  • Reseller pricing & margins

Set a markup margin and a monthly spend cap per sub-account. Your customers are billed at your rates while you settle the underlying usage with Orbit.

  • Prepaid credit allocation

Seed a sub-account with an opening credit balance transferred from your parent account so a new customer can start sending immediately.

Why teams switch to Orbit

Built so you're never blindsided

Three questions come up in every migration conversation: can I see what happened to my message, will my account survive a false-positive flag, and will the bill surprise me. Orbit answers all three by design.

Orbit analytics — conversation, delivery, and spend insights

Delivery status and spend, side by side, for every conversation.

  • See every message's journey

Every message carries a real delivery trail — queued, sent, delivered, or failed with the carrier's own reason code — in the same dashboard that tracks your spend. A message never just vanishes with no error; you get the reason so your team can fix a route instead of guessing why it never landed.

  • No overnight account kills

Devotel is the carrier of record on every number we host, so your standing isn't decided by a reseller's risk score. A flagged account gets a warning and a compliance review before any suspension — immediate action stays reserved for severe abuse like fraud or spam, never an ordinary false positive.

  • Real-time spend, no bill shock

Watch your balance and per-channel spend update as messages and calls go out, with alerts before you run low. Pay-as-you-go, pre-paid credits that never expire, no monthly minimum — the number on the dashboard is the number on the invoice.

The structural argument

One platform beats a stack of vendors.

Traditional way

Traditional way: Company wired to four separate vendors — SMS/MMS, Messenger, WhatsApp and Email — each tangled with Customer A, B and C.Messenger
Multiple vendors. Multiple contracts. Multiple headaches.

Orbit

Orbit: Company connected through one ORBIT hub to Customer A, B and C.
One platform. One contract. Total control.
Supervision

Watch every conversation, human or AI, from one screen

A supervisor sees every live session the moment it starts — human agents and AI agents alike — and can whisper guidance straight to an agent without the customer ever knowing. Nothing runs unsupervised.

Build on a network you actually own.

Voice, messaging, and AI agents on infrastructure we run as carrier of record. A few API calls to start — no telecom contracts, no per-seat fees.

Developers

Build the way your team works.

Visual builders for the whole team — journeys, IVRs, WhatsApp Flows, and AI agents, no code required. Typed SDKs and MCP for your engineers.

An MCP server, both ways — your agents call Orbit, and Orbit's AI calls your tools.

Orbit
Frequently asked

Questions we get before you sign up

The pricing and billing questions prospects ask most, answered in full — the same answers published on the pricing page, so the two can never disagree.

How does pay-as-you-go work?
Sign up for free — no credit card required. Top up your account balance and pay only for what you send — per message, per call, per AI conversation. There are no monthly fees, no minimums, and no commitments. Complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock higher sending limits and voice origination — we'll email you when the review completes.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Orbit is pay-as-you-go end-to-end. You're only ever charged for the traffic you actually send, drawn from your pre-paid balance — there's no recurring monthly fee. You can leave your account dormant for a year and pay $0.
How are rates calculated?
Each outbound message, call, or API request is rated against per-channel + per-MCCMNC pricing. The dashboard shows the exact rate that applies to each destination before you send. Public starter rates are listed on this page; high-volume tenants get a negotiated rate card that applies automatically.
How do I top up my balance?
Add funds via Stripe Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) directly from the billing dashboard. You can also enable auto-top-up — when your balance falls below a threshold you set, we charge your saved card for a recharge amount you set. You always control the threshold, recharge amount, and a monthly cap.
Do credits expire?
No. Pre-paid credits carry over indefinitely. Top up at your own pace and use them whenever you need to.
How do I get a volume rate card?
Send sales@devotel.io your projected monthly volume by channel and destination, and we'll send back a per-MCCMNC rate card for review. Once it's accepted it applies automatically inside the dashboard — no plan switch, no contract change for you, still pay-as-you-go just at lower rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) on the self-serve plan. Enterprise customers can pay via ACH, wire transfer, or purchase order against signed terms.
How do international rates work?
SMS, Voice, and RCS rates vary by destination country and operator (MCCMNC). Public starter rates on this page are for US destinations. The dashboard shows the exact rate per country before you send, and full per-country price lists are available on request.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Outbound traffic stops and we email an alert. Inbound traffic and your dashboard keep working. Top up to resume — historical messages and configuration are preserved. Auto-top-up is the recommended way to avoid hitting zero.
Do you offer number lookup and validation?
Yes. Number intelligence is built in: an HLR lookup returns the line type, home carrier, and reachability for any number, and you can validate lists in bulk to pre-screen a campaign before you spend on it. SIM-swap detection and fraud risk scoring also feed the Verify OTP flow, so a high-risk number can be stepped up to a stronger channel. Lookups are billed per number checked — contact sales for volume rates.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you need a contractual SLA, dedicated SMPP binds, SSO/SAML/SCIM, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), data-residency commitments, or a private deployment. Enterprise is the only path that requires signed terms — everything else is self-serve PAYG.
How much does an AI agent cost on Orbit?
AI agents are pure usage-based — no platform fee, no seat fee, no monthly minimum. You pay $0.007 per AI message, $0.014 per voice minute the agent is on a call, and $0.005 per resolved outcome (a confirmed successful resolution) if you opt into outcome-based billing. All three draw from the same pre-paid balance as every other channel.
