The Microsoft 365 integration connects over Microsoft Graph to sync Outlook calendar events and contacts, and send email via Mail.Send — surfacing a contact's upcoming meetings directly inside their Orbit profile.

How to connect Microsoft 365

  1. Open the integration marketplace

    In Orbit, go to Settings → Integrations and find Microsoft 365.

  2. Connect your Microsoft account

    Click Connect, sign in with Microsoft, and authorize the requested Graph scopes.

  3. Confirm the sync

    Outlook calendar events and contacts start syncing once the card shows Connected.

    A contact's upcoming Outlook meetings surface inside their Orbit profile.

  • One send path for email

    Send email via Microsoft Graph's Mail.Send alongside SMS, WhatsApp, and every other Orbit channel.
