What the Segment integration does
The Segment integration is a bi-directional CDP connection: paste a Source write key so Orbit events flow into Segment, and mint an inbound webhook secret so Segment events flow into Orbit — managed from the CDP console.
How to connect Segment
Open the CDP console
In Orbit, go to Settings → Integrations, find Segment, and click Open CDP console.
Paste your Segment Source write key
Add your Segment Source write key so Orbit events (messages, conversions) flow into Segment.
Mint an inbound webhook secret
Generate an HMAC secret for the inbound webhook so Segment events can flow back into Orbit.
