How to connect Shopify
Open the integration marketplace
In Orbit, go to Settings → Integrations and find Shopify.
Connect your Shopify store
Click Connect, sign in to Shopify, and authorize the requested scopes for your store.
Turn on cart and order flows
Enable abandoned-cart recovery and order-update flows on the channels you want — no custom webhook code needed.
