Anyone in the channel can start or join a huddle, making it a fast substitute for walking over to a colleague's desk in a distributed or hybrid team.

There is no calendar invite, no meeting room link, and no scheduling round-trip — the chat thread that prompted the call stays directly attached to the channel.
