Trust Score
Qué es Trust Score?
Esta entrada está disponible actualmente solo en inglés.
Trust Score is the 0–100 rollup Orbit computes from your registration state across six sender-identity surfaces — 10DLC, toll-free verification, WhatsApp Business, RCS, branded calling (CNAM / RCD), and per-number regulatory KYC — returned by the Brand Identity API as a single score plus a prioritized list of the registrations to complete next. It answers the one question integrations ask everywhere: how verified is this organization.
More detail
The rollup counts each applicable surface as verified or not, so completing a missing registration raises the score deterministically; the nextActions list on the same response names exactly which surface to finish, rather than leaving you to diff the six registrations yourself. Surfaces that do not apply to your setup are excluded from the count rather than scored as missing.
Trust Score is cross-channel and organization-wide — distinct from Brand Vetting (the TCR 10DLC vetting score), which is TCR-only, per-brand, and specific to US 10DLC throughput. The vetting score is one input among the six surfaces; the Trust Score tells you how verified you are everywhere, not just on one carrier registry.
Every surface feeds in through its own channel registration flow, so the Brand Identity API status response doubles as a compliance posture read for support and audit reviews — GET /api/v1/brand-identity/status returns the score, the per-surface breakdown, and the next-actions queue in one call.
Preguntas frecuentes
- What makes the Trust Score go up?
- Completing a missing registration on one of the six surfaces: a 10DLC brand plus campaign, toll-free verification, WhatsApp Business onboarding, RCS agent registration, branded calling (CNAM or RCD), or per-number regulatory KYC. Only the surfaces that apply to your setup count, and the nextActions list names which one to finish first.
- How is Trust Score different from the TCR vetting score?
- The TCR vetting score is a per-brand, 10DLC-only rating set by The Campaign Registry's external vetting partners and it gates US messaging throughput tiers. Trust Score is Orbit's own cross-channel rollup over all six sender-identity surfaces; the vetting score counts as just one of its inputs.
- Where do I read the Trust Score and the per-surface breakdown?
- Call GET /api/v1/brand-identity/status — the response carries the 0–100 score, a per-surface verified/applicable breakdown, and the prioritized nextActions list, so a status check and a remediation plan come back in one call.
