How to connect DocuSign
Open the integration marketplace
In Orbit, go to Settings → Integrations and find DocuSign.
Connect your DocuSign account
Click Connect, sign in to DocuSign, and authorize the requested scopes.
Turn on signer notifications
Enable the SMS/WhatsApp signer-notification flow so envelope events reach signers on a channel they actually check.
