How to connect Slack
Install the Orbit Slack app
In Orbit, go to Settings → Integrations, find Slack, and click Connect to start Orbit's Slack install flow.
Authorize the workspace
Choose your Slack workspace and authorize the requested channels and scopes.
Pick a notification channel
In the Slack integration's settings, choose which channel receives new-conversation, campaign, and SLA-breach alerts.
